When you first signup to our service and order a service that uses our panel you will be sent an email from our game panel with instructions to setup your game panel account.
Please make sure you check your spam folder if you can't find it.
If you have had a server with us before and you don't remember your panel password, or your first time setup email never arrives, try entering your email address into the password reset page https://panel.purpleflaghosting.com/auth/password and follow the instructions in the password reset email.
